Private loads still require the appropriate connection or booked access. Dispatcher Pro applications require current carrier approval; the represented carrier does not need a separate Carrier Premium subscription for the dispatcher to apply. Direct carrier applications require Carrier Premium. Broker load posting and feed posting require broker approval. Payment does not guarantee freight or broker selection.
Carrier Premium includes the compliance tracker. Filing services, government fees and optional add-ons are separate; the subscription does not file or guarantee compliance automatically.

Carrier Premium centers on the compliance and readiness tracker. It organizes BOC-3, UCR, MCS-150, FMCSA-related status visibility, due dates, and related readiness information inside the same broader operating account.
The same subscription includes direct load applications, new broker direct conversations, feed posting, the full carrier compliance tracker and carrier insights. Filing services, government fees and optional add-ons are separate.

Submitting an application does not book a load. The broker must select it, and private load visibility and current carrier authority still apply.
