Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of National Load Board. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using National Load Board, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
National Load Board is an online platform that allows brokers and carriers to create accounts, post and view loads, connect with other users, use messaging features, participate in marketplace activity, and engage with additional platform tools and services.
3. No Broker, Carrier, or Shipper Relationship
National Load Board is not a freight broker, motor carrier, shipper, dispatcher, or transportation provider. We do not arrange transportation, take possession of freight, or participate in contracts between users.
4. Payments and Transactions Outside the Platform
Payments, freight agreements, marketplace transactions, and other business arrangements occur outside of National Load Board unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for payment disputes, failed transactions, cargo issues, chargebacks, non-payment, or business losses between users.
5. Account Registration and Access
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and all activity under their account.
National Load Board reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove accounts at any time at our discretion.
6. Broker Posting Approval
National Load Board may require manual review or approval before certain broker accounts are permitted to post loads. We reserve the right to approve, deny, delay, or revoke posting access at our sole discretion.
7. Verification Badges
National Load Board may provide verification badges or indicators to certain users. These badges are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee legitimacy, reliability, payment ability, business practices, regulatory standing, or future performance.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.
8. Ratings and Reviews
National Load Board may allow users to submit ratings and reviews. Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of National Load Board.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, fairness, or completeness of ratings or reviews and reserve the right to remove, retain, review, or moderate them at our discretion.
9. Review Reports and Disputes
Users may be allowed to report or dispute ratings and reviews. Submission of a report does not guarantee removal. National Load Board may investigate and make moderation decisions at its sole discretion.
10. Acceptable Use and Content Standards
Users agree to use the platform in a professional and lawful manner. The following content or conduct is prohibited:
- Hateful, harassing, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory content
- False, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive statements
- Spam, scam attempts, or fraudulent activity
- Offensive, distasteful, or inappropriate content
- Illegal goods, illegal services, or unlawful conduct
- Unauthorized scraping, automation, or attempts to disrupt the platform
We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these standards without notice.
11. Marketplace and User Content
Users are solely responsible for content they post, including loads, comments, listings, profile information, ratings, and other materials. National Load Board does not guarantee the truthfulness, safety, legality, or quality of user-generated content.
12. No Endorsement
The presence of a user, profile, listing, load, rating, review, or verification badge on National Load Board does not constitute endorsement by the platform.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Load Board is not liable for disputes, fraud, business losses, cargo issues, missed deliveries, non-payment, reputational harm, platform downtime, or damages arising from interactions between users or use of the platform.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless National Load Board, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your use of the platform, your content, your transactions, or your violation of these terms.
15. Platform Availability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continuous access.
16. Changes to These Terms
National Load Board may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia.
